A Note to Congress

What happened yesterday at Virginia Tech is happening almost daily in Iraq. Mass murder of innocents by the dozens. This is happening in Iraq because America's promise to liberate Iraq from the murderous tyranny of Saddam Hussein is not yet fufilled. Our soldiers are bravely struggling to prevent the sort of event which filled us with such horror yesterday. On what moral basis would we leave the iraqi's to even worse?
