The Fall of CBS
It appears that the editors and executives at CBS have concluded that Katie Couric's poor ratings are due to her gender. They say Americans want to hear the news from old white guys (why not throw race into it too?). Captain Ed has a great piece on this today. Wherein he quips:
Got that, America? Its not Katie's fault, and it's not that CBS stinks at putting together a compelling news show. We're all a bunch of misogynistic bigots.

Perhaps if CBS had more clips like this they'd get better ratings.
