Tonight's Churchill

Pacifism, like most of the dreams of the Left sounds great in an armchair, trouble is, the dreams almost never have the dreamers desired or expected result in the real world. Sir Winston put it oh so well on the eve of the Second World War, in reaction to the fatal munich agreement. See:

"Britain and France had to choose between war and dishonour. They chose dishonour. They will have war."
- From speech in House of Commons about Munich settlement (1938)
